Altitude Minerals (ASX:ATT) said that drilling at the T55 target at the Byrock project in New South Wales confirmed the presence of a porphyry intrusive system below cover, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The alteration and rock type are consistent with the outer halo of a copper-gold porphyry system, it added.

It is planning follow-up drilling at the project and mulling infill gravity surveys to better define the intrusion's margins for improved drill targeting.
