Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) extended its AU$107 million defense maintenance contract with the Department of Defense by one year, effective Dec. 1, 2028, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Under the contract, the company will provide repair and maintenance for the Department of Defense's equipment, including tanks, surveillance systems, and marine craft, and protected mobility vehicles, the filing said.

The company has the option to extend the contract for a further four years, the filing said.
