PTR Minerals (ASX:PTR) said results from its maiden mineral resource estimate drill program at the Rosewood titanium project in South Australia delivered the highest drill intercept recorded at the project, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered intercepts of 30 meters at 16% grade of heavy minerals from 12 meters, as well as 33 meters at 15.7% grade of heavy minerals from 10 meters.
The Rosewood West area is located on EL 6715, which is a joint venture between PTR, holding a 70% stake, and Narryer Metals (ASX: NYM), holding a 30% stake.
PTR Minerals' shares fell 2% in recent trading on Tuesday, while Narryer's shares jumped 9%.
