Stocks to Watch Tuesday: Norwegian, Hyatt, Zim, Medtronic -- WSJ

Norwegian Cruise Line $(NCLH)$: Activist Elliott Investment Management has built a more than 10% stake in the cruise-ship operator and plans to push for changes to turn it around, The Wall Street Journal reported. The stock rallied 6.5% premarket.

Infosys (INFY, IN:500209): The Indian IT services provider will work with Anthropic to develop and deliver AI services to businesses. American depositary receipts rose roughly 3.5% in premarket trading.

Zim Integrated Shipping Services $(ZIM)$: Shipping company Hapag-Lloyd (XE:HLAG) is buying its Israeli competitor for $4.2 billion. Zim ADRs surged over one-third ahead of the open.

Hyatt Hotels $(H)$: Thomas Pritzker is retiring as executive chairman, citing a desire to protect the company following the release of documents detailing his association with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Shares slipped about 1.5% premarket.

Tripadvisor $(TRIP)$: Activist investor Starboard Value plans to push for a shake-up of the travel-site operator's board, the WSJ reported.

UnitedHealth $(UNH)$: CEO Stephen Hemsley has made private investments in healthcare startups, including firms that do business with or compete against UnitedHealth. Hemsley took unannounced stakes through affiliates of his investment firm. UnitedHealth said Hemsley abides by conflict-of-interest policies.

Medtronic $(MDT)$: The medical-device maker is due to post earnings early Tuesday.

Alibaba $(BABA)$: The Chinese technology company released an update to its flagship AI model on Monday. Qwen 3.5 handles images and videos better than its predecessors and supports more than 200 languages, according to Alibaba.

Prologis $(PLD)$: Shares rallied in offhours trading after the world's largest owner of industrial real estate raised its dividend.
