MOSCOW, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's state-owned oil and gas company Kazmunaygas said on Tuesday that negotiations on the fate of Lukoil's assets in the country are continuing, Russian news agency Interfax reported.

Russia's Lukoil has been forced to sell its foreign assets after being placed under U.S. sanctions.
