Sims (ASX:SGM) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.307 per share, up from AU$0.18 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.32.
Sales revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$3.78 billion, compared with AU$3.65 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$3.81 billion.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.14 per share, up from AU$0.10 a year earlier, payable March 18 to shareholders on record as of March 4.
