Magellan Financial Group (ASX:MFG) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half operating earnings of AU$0.486 per share, up from AU$0.464 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.42.
Revenue and other income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, reached AU$121 million, compared with AU$178.6 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$130.5 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.395 per share, up from AU$0.264 a year earlier, payable March 10 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 24.
