SKY Network Television (NZE:SKT, ASX:SKT) said it will not renew its co-exclusive content agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery when it ends in mid-June, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The decision follows an extensive review of the company's content and comes as Warner Bros. Discovery plans to launch its direct-to-consumer service in New Zealand, the filing said.
