Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) engaged Polaris Engineers to refurbish the three-stage crushing circuit at its Lake Johnston processing facility in Western Australia for a total contract value of around AU$5 million, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The works will include the refurbishment of all major equipment, piping, cabling, and instrumentation. The firm will make staged payments in scrip monthly, using a five-day volume weighted average price at the end of the month.
The facility was acquired by the firm in 2025.
Its shares fell nearly 1% in recent trading on Monday.
