Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) reported Monday fiscal first half 2025 basic underlying earnings of AU$0.0983 per share from AU$0.0984 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.08.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$667.7 million, compared with AU$564.2 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$654 million.
The company said it expects fiscal 2026 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of AU$130 million to AU$135 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.09 per share, up from AU$0.0809 a year earlier, payable April 9 to shareholders on record as of March 13.
