GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) reported Monday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.1358 per share, up from AU$0.0756 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$535.4 million, compared with AU$332.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$494 million.
The company reaffirmed its guidance, projecting around 35% growth in normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization and about 20% growth in recurring revenue for fiscal year 2026.
The board declared a maiden interim dividend of AU$0.02 per share, payable April 24 to shareholders on record as of April 1.
The company's shares rose 3% in recent Monday trade.
