Bonjour Holdings (HKG:0653) completed the issue of nearly 108.6 million shares to two subscribers at HK$0.105 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$11.3 million, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The beauty products company will use proceeds as general working capital, as well for the payment of staff costs and rental expenses.
