Austal (ASX:ASB) reported Monday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.071 per share, up from AU$0.069 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.10.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$1.11 billion, compared with AU$825.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$839 million.
The company expects fiscal 2026 earnings before interest and taxes to be around AU$110 million.
