LARK Distilling (ASX:LRK) named Paul Bowker as its Chief Financial Officer, effective March 2, succeeding Iain Short, who resigned, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Bowker was the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Brick Lane Brewing. Short will remain with the firm in a transitional capacity until March 31.

The firm's shares rose 1% in recent trading on Monday.
