Microsoft (MSFT) said Tuesday it is collaborating with Starlink to expand digital access in rural, agricultural and hard-to-reach communities.

Financial details were not provided.

Microsoft said in a blog post that the project will help build "AI-ready communities around the world" by combining low-Earth orbit satellite connectivity with community-based deployment models and local ecosystem partnerships.
