LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT (TYO:3466) said it will sell Aisai Logistics Center and Kariya Logistics Center in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, for a total of 11.4 billion yen, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The sale price exceeds the combined book value of 10 billion yen as of Aug. 31, 2025, and the total appraisal value of 11.2 billion yen. The REIT expects a gain on disposition of about 1.25 billion yen. The buyer, a domestic Godo Kaisha, was not disclosed.

Aisai Logistics Center in Aisai city has a leasable area of 13,700 square meters and is fully occupied by a single tenant. Kariya Logistics Center in Kariya city has a leasable area of 20,953 square meters and is also fully occupied by a single tenant.
