Food Empire's (SGX:F03) profit attributable to equity shareholders jumped 30% during the second half of 2025 to $37.4 million from $28.9 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the food and beverage company were down over 2% in Thursday trading.
Earnings per share rose to $0.0642 compared with $0.0547 in the year-ago period.
Revenue climbed 21% year over year to $302.9 million from $251.1 million.
The company declared a final dividend of SG$0.05 per share and a special dividend of SG$0.04 per share for the period. The final and special dividends will be paid on May 14.
