Shanghai Phoenix Enterprise (SHA:600679, SHA:900916) plans to dispose of a property through a third public listing, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The property in Jing'an District, Shanghai, is one of the four properties the bicycle manufacturer listed for transfer. The other three properties were already sold.

The listing price for the property, which has a floor area of 150.73 square meters, was almost 7 million yuan.
