Acrophyte Hospitality Trust's (SGX:XZL) distribution per stapled security (DPS) declined by 47% in 2025 to $0.0085 from $0.01595 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Distributable income fell by 47% to $4.9 million from $9.3 million in the year-ago period.

Net property income slumped by 16% to $37.1 million from $44.3 million a year earlier.

Revenue was down 6% year over year to $158.6 million from $168.8 million, mainly due to brand-mandated renovations at seven hotels.
