Uni-Asia (SGX:CHJ) logged a net profit to owners of $920,000 in 2025 from a net loss of $28.3 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share came in at $0.0117 compared with a loss per share of $0.3601 in the year-ago period.

Total income jumped 108% year over year to $49.9 million from $24.0 million, following gains from ship joint investment projects.

The shipping company proposed a final dividend of SG$0.01 per share for the year.
