Cemex (CX) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire all the assets of stucco manufacturer Omega Products International for an undisclosed sum.

Omega generates about $23 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization a year and has production facilities in California, Nevada, and Colorado, the company said.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q1, Cemex said.
