Nvidia Results Bode Well for Taiwan Semiconductor Supply Chain -- Market Talk

0245 GMT - Nvidia's strong results and outlook bode well for Taiwan's semiconductor supply chain, Citi analysts say in a research note. "AI infrastructure demand remains structural rather than cyclical, and the outlook reinforces a durable, multi-year growth trajectory across compute, networking, and advanced system architecture," the analysts say following Nvidia's results. Positive sentiment and earnings catalysts could support the supply chain's better performance, the analysts say. Companies with higher revenue contribution from Nvidia such as TSMC and Foxconn could continue to outperform. As Nvidia's upcoming Rubin platform's ramp-up should lead to more sophisticated, high-voltage power design, Delta Electronics could be the biggest beneficiary in the power solution segment, they add.
