** Co forecasts 2026 net sales in the range of $4.9 bln to $5.2 bln, below estimates of $6.12 bln, as per LSEG data

** Reports Q4 net sales of $1.7 bln, an increase of $0.1 billion from the prior quarter

** Stock was up 48.2% in 2025
