Ho Bee Land's (SGX:H13) attributable profit to owners fell by 50% in the second half of 2025 to SG$50.4 million from SG$100.7 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the residential property developer were down over 5% in Wednesday trading.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0759 compared with SG$0.1517 in the year-ago period.
Revenue declined 12% year over year to SG$262.3 million from SG$298.0 million.
The company declared a first and final dividend of SG$0.05 per share for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, up from SG$0.04 per share in the prior period.
The dividend will be paid on May 22, the filing said.
