Humanwell Healthcare (SHA:600079) agreed to place shares worth between 3 billion yuan and 3.50 billion yuan to its controlling shareholder, CMB Life Science Technology (Wuhan), according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.

The pharmaceutical company will place between around 200.7 million and 234.1 million shares for 14.95 yuan apiece.
