UOL's (SGX:U14) profit attributable to equity holders rose by 21% in the second half of 2025 to SG$276.2 million from SG$227.8 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.3267 compared with SG$0.2696 in the year-ago period.
Revenue jumped 11% year over year to SG$1.68 billion from SG$1.52 billion, backed by higher revenue from property development and property investments.
The property developer declared a first and final dividend of SG$0.18 per share and a special dividend of SG$0.07 per share for 2025.
Shares of the company closed 6% lower at the close of trading on Thursday.
