Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (WAB) said late Thursday that it has reached a settlement with Caterpillar (CAT)-owned Progress Rail in a antitrust case.

The settlement is in the best interest of both companies and their clients, and there is no admission of liability, according to a statement.
