Daiwa House Logistic Trust's (SGX:DHLU) distribution per unit fell 11% in the second half of 2025 to SG$0.0209 from SG$0.0234 a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Distributable income dropped 11% to SG$16.4 million from SG$14.7 million in the year-ago period.

Net property income was down 4.3% to SG$22.7 million from SG$21.7 million.

Gross revenue was down 3% year over year to SG$29.5 million from SG$28.6 million.

Portfolio occupancy stood at 87.8%, with 16 out of 19 properties remaining at full occupancy.
