1000 ET - As the conflict in the Middle East raises oil prices, traders are wary of higher inflation. In futures markets, they are tilting their bets toward a higher interest-rate path from the Federal Reserve. In recent trading, futures markets now reflect a 30% probability that the Fed will cut rates by only a quarter percentage point or less this year, up from 20% on Friday.
