The company on Monday said it has entered into definitive loan documentation for a $30 million senior secured term facility with Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP.
Meanwhile, the distribution services sector fell 2%.
Shares of Steel & Tube Holdings (NZE:STU) dropped by almost 1% in recent trade.
