Tech stocks were higher late Monday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) rising 0.3% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) adding 1%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor index was fractionally lower.

In corporate news, CrowdStrike (CRWD) shares climbed 3% after Piper Sandler upgraded the stock to overweight from neutral with a $520 price target.
