TA Corp's (SGX:PA3) profit attributable to owners surged nearly 162 times in the second half of 2025 to SG$7.6 million from SG$47,000 a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the property development and construction company were down nearly 3% in Monday morning trading.

Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0147 compared with SG$0.0001 in the year-ago period.

Revenue jumped 52% year over year to SG$73.3 million from SG$48.3 million.
