** ALHC has ~204.3 mln shares outstanding

** JP Morgan is the underwriter

** ALHC shares on Mon closed up 2.2% at $19.65; Stock down 0.5% YTD though up 20% over the past six months

** Of 13 analysts covering ALHC, 11 rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", 2 "hold"; median PT $26 - LSEG
