Elixir Energy (ASX:EXR) and seismic contractor Terrex started mobilizing the seismic fleet and equipment for a seismic campaign across the Taroom Trough, an onshore oil and gas exploration region in Queensland, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The Teelba 2D Seismic Campaign, which is expected to last around three weeks, will cover roughly 200 kilometers of new seismic data in ATP2057, an area of "high prospectivity" on the western side of Taroom Trough, the filing added.
