0935 GMT - Rentokil Initial delivered reassuring results despite challenges, RBC Capital Markets analyst Andrew Brooke says in a note. The U.K. pest-control, hygiene and workwear-services provider seems to be on the right track, "although the key spring/summer period will be proof of the pudding," the analyst says. The group posted an organic increase in revenue for 2025, while adjusted pretax profit was broadly in line with expectations. Notably, the company showed encouraging improvements in North America, Brooke says. "We continue to see [Rentokil Initial's] issues as fixable and see significant rerating potential over time," he adds. RBC maintains its outperform rating on the stock. Shares are up 12% at 477.10 pence. (andrea.figueras@wsj.com)
