Ubtech Robotics Renews Engineering Framework Agreement With Associate

Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880) said it renewed a project engineering services and products framework agreement with its associate Miracle Automation Engineering (SHE:002009), according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Under the renewal, the company will continue to supply smart robotic products and services to Miracle Automation Engineering for a term ending Dec. 31, 2028.

The agreement has a cap of 250 million yuan, 200 million yuan, and 150 million yuan for 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively.

Meanwhile, the firm said it would apply for up to 700 million yuan in bank credit to support its business expansion and other working capital needs.
