Ingram Micro (INGM) said early Friday it priced a secondary public offering of nearly 9 million of its shares on behalf of a selling stockholder at $22.25 apiece.

The selling stockholder has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.3 million shares at the offering price. The offering is expected to close on or about March 9.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
