Asia Cement (China) (HKG:0743) posted profit attributable to owners of 85.7 million yuan in 2025, reversing a loss of 263.7 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the cement manufacturer were down over 1% in Tuesday morning trade.

Earnings per share came in at. 0.055 yuan, compared with a loss per share of 0.168 yuan in the previous year.

Revenue fell to 5.11 billion yuan from 5.89 billion yuan a year earlier, figures showed.

The board proposed a final dividend of 0.03 yuan per share for 2025, payable July 10 to shareholders on record as of June 12, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.
