Apollo Global Management (APO) has agreed to sell a controlling stake in renewable energy services provider Takkion to private equity firm Siris, the latter said Monday.
The transaction is projected to close during Q2, subject to standard conditions, for the targeted enterprise that generated about $600 million in revenue throughout 2025.
The service provider employs roughly 2,000 workers to manage and repair wind, solar, and battery infrastructure, Siris said.
The new majority owner intends to work with existing leadership to expand service capabilities and pursue additional growth channels, it said.
