Stocks to Watch Tuesday: HPE, Casey's, CATL -- WSJ

Hewlett Packard Enterprise $(HPE)$: The server and cloud-software provider raised its earnings outlook as AI and data-center developers fuel strong demand. Shares rose nearly 3% in off-hours trading.

Casey's General Stores $(CASY)$: The convenience-store chain raised its annual earnings and same-store sales outlook. However, quarterly revenue missed expectations. Shares fell 2% offhours.

Vail Resort $(MTN)$: The ski-resort operator cut its annual guidance, blaming tough weather conditions in the Rockies, including record-low snowfall. The stock slipped offhours.

Volkswagen (XE:VOW3): The German automaker expects profitability to improve this year as it focuses on cutting costs. Shares rose 4%.

Lindt (CH:LISN): The Swiss chocolatier cut its annual guidance, citing geopolitical uncertainty. Shares dropped about 5.5%.

Contemporary Amperex Technology (HK:3750): The largest electric-vehicle battery maker trumped annual profit expectations. Shares in the Tesla supplier rose 9.3% in Hong Kong.
