Heng Tai Consumables Group (HKG:0197) said Wong Siu Hong resigned as its CFO effective Wednesday to devote more time to other business commitments, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

The trader of packaged foods and beverages, on the same day, named Hung Hing Man as its new CFO.

Hung was previously an independent non-executive director of China Information Technology Development from April 2015 to July 2024.
