Atturra (ASX:ATA) said that Chief Financial Officer Herb To has informed the board of his intention to retire, ideally before the end of the year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

To will stay on as the company's CFO during the search for his successor, working with the board and executive team to ensure a smooth transition, the filing added.
