Shares of Pantoro Gold (ASX:PNR) fell 16% in recent Tuesday trade after the company reported late Monday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.1406 per share, up from AU$0.017 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.13.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$238.6 million, compared with AU$153.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$238.3 million.
The company updated its fiscal 2026 guidance, now expecting full-year production of 86,000 to 92,000 ounces of gold, down from its previous forecast of 100,000 to 110,000 ounces of gold.
