ASL Marine's (SGX:A04) said one of the tugboats of its associate company was involved in a marine incident in Indonesia, which resulted in five deaths and one injury, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the vertically integrated marine services company slumped nearly 8% in Monday trading.

The tugboat capsized due to adverse weather conditions, the company said.
