CACI International (CACI) said Monday it completed its acquisition of geospatial intelligence firm ARKA Group for $2.6 billion in cash from funds managed by Blackstone (BX) Tactical Opportunities.

Over 1,100 ARKA employees will join CACI, the company's president and chief executive officer, John Mengucci said.

The acquisition expands CACI's capabilities in delivering multi-source intelligence to national security customers, the company said.
