Arq's finance chief and operations chief are leaving the company as part of a broader restructuring of its leadership team.

Jay Voncannon will no longer hold the role of chief financial officer because of changes made to Arq's finance team, effective immediately, the carbon products producer said Monday.

As part of the changes, Anthony Nathan was promoted to VP Finance, where he will oversee strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting and investor relations. Nathan has worked at Arq for eight years and overseen its recent equity and credit financings.

Stacia Hansen will continue as chief accounting officer and also be Arq's principal financial officer, the company said.

Arq also said Deke Williamson will depart, effective April 18, after eliminating the company's chief operating officer job. Its elimination is partially because of Arq's move to idle one of its facilities, the company said.

With the shift, Arq appointed Eric Robinson as VP Operations, effective immediately. He has more than 30 years of industrial facilities experience and previously worked on Arq's Red River plant in 2012, the company said.
