Nextdoor (NXDR) said Tuesday it has launched an artificial intelligence-based click optimization feature to improve advertising campaign performance in the UK.
The new platform addition is designed to increase click-through rates and reduce costs for local marketers, and beta testing of the service demonstrated a median 75% increase in engagement and a 75% reduction in cost-per-click, compared with standard bidding models.
The network operator also introduced a pilot program based on Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI to assist marketers with ad copy and image creation, Nextdoor said.
