Century Communities (CCS) said Tuesday it has acquired a development site in Denver's LoHi neighborhood from Elevation Development Group.

The company said it will be the developer and general contractor on the project, which is called The Stevie. It also said it will break ground this week, with units expected to be available to lease in 2028.

Centura said the five-story, 116-unit building will include a pool, sun deck, fitness center, and resident lounges, as well as underground parking.
