Technology stocks were leaning lower pre-bell Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) slightly declining and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) down 0.1%.

Clarivate (CLVT) stock was up more than 2% after the company said it will integrate its data and insights product with Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic's Claude models to provide regulatory data within AI workflows.
