Super Telecom (SHA:603322) plans to invest 30.6 million yuan for a 51% stake in a computing power joint venture.
The new entity, Super Micro Intelligence Computing, will have a registered capital of 60 million yuan and will develop and sell computing hardware and software, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Microcloud Technology will hold the remaining 49% in the joint venture.
Shares of the telecom company closed 1% higher Friday.
